WINDSOR, Colo. – Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC had two players named to the Week 14 USL League One Team of the Week in defender Brecc Evans and midfielder Danny Robles
The Hailstorm defeated the Chattanooga Red Wolves SC 2-1 on Thursday, June 30. Evans and Robles were responsible for the two goals in the victory. Both goals came in the first half, giving the team a comfortable lead going into the halftime break. The two goals would be enough to secure the three points.
This is Evans’ second Team of the Week this season, and is his second Team of the Week honors in a row. In addition to his goal, he contributed two tackles, an interception and three clearances defensively. This is Robles’ first Team of the Week recognition. On top of his goal, he completed 80 percent of his passes, made a tackle and a clearance, as well as winning 100 percent of his aerial duels.
This is the third time this season a Northern Colorado player has been nominated in back-to-back weeks. With Rob Cornwall making it in Weeks 11 and 12 and Irvin Parra made it in Weeks 2 and 3. The other players to make Team of the Week this season are:

The team is back in action tonight, in a home match at Canvas Stadium against Forward Madison FC at 7:00 p.m.
