WINDSOR, Colo. — After a 1-0 win Saturday over Central Valley Fuego FC that saw their unbeaten run extend to seven games, three Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC players have been named in USL League One’s Team of the Week.
Forward Billy King, who scored the only goal in Saturday’s win, was named to the Team of the Week for the fourth time this season. He also created four chances in the victory over Fuego.
Also making his fourth Team of the Week was Hailstorm keeper Lalo Delgado. Delgado made the save the lone time he was called upon against Fuego, extending his team record to seven clean sheets this season.
In the Team of the Week for the 10th time in his Hailstorm career was Arthur Rogers, who created six chances, won nine duels, and had three clearances in the Hailstorm win.
Hailstorm FC will look to extend their unbeaten streak to eight games when they welcome Charlotte Independence to Future Legends Field on July 4 at 7 p.m.
