WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC announce that forward Jake Keegan has been signed on loan from One Knoxville SC for the 2024 season, pending League and Federation approval.
Hailstorm will be Keegan’s fourth USL League One club, as he also has made stops at Forward Madison FC and Greenville Triumph SC. In three seasons in Greenville, Keegan scored 16 times in 62 appearances and won a USL League One championship in 2020.
Keegan said he is excited to come to Northern Colorado and is ready to help the club win its first silverware.
“I’ve got it to the point, for me, where it’s very basic, just do whatever it takes to help the team win games,” Keegan said.
A veteran of USL League One, Keegan is tied for second in league history with 28 career goals. He led One Knoxville SC with six goals in 29 matches last season, the club’s first in the league.
“He’s going to bring the experience and championship-winning mentality to the group, and he knows how to score goals,” Hailstorm head coach Éamon Zayed said.
