WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC announce that midfielder Destan Norman has been re-signed on a short-term contract, pending League and Federation approval.
Norman, a native of Fort Collins, has played 41 times for Hailstorm in the club’s first two seasons, capping the 2022 season with a goal in the finale against FC Tucson.
“I’m excited to continue to help build what we started a couple years ago,” Norman said.
Norman has been training with the club since the start of preseason and will provide short-term depth in a Hailstorm midfield that has several players unavailable, for various reasons.
Hailstorm head coach Éamon Zayed said he won’t hesitate to put Norman on the pitch when needed.
“He’s looked sharp in preseason and I’m delighted that he’s signed on board,” Zayed said.
